   1. Natajak Service Delivery

      1. Process Your registration for the Natajak Service;
      2. Deliver the Natajak Service to You;
      3. Undertake necessary security checks when You access the Natajak Service;
      4. Communicate with You on any matter relating to the delivery or potential future delivery of the Natajak Service to You;
      5. Monitor and investigate any potential breach in the use of the Natajak Service or its associated Agreement;
      6. Provide information to any authorised body which has a legally enforceable authority to access such personal data; and \ or
      7. Provide information to acquiring companies, persons or their advisers in the event that We are sold or restructured.
   2. Natajak Service Development
      

      We will use Your personal data to:

      1. Collect and aggregate information on how You and other users utilise the Natajak Service such that We can further improve and develop the quality of the Natajak Service; and \ or
      2. Work with Our agents or sub-contractors to undertake research and analysis such that We can further improve and develop the quality of the Natajak Service.
   3. Promotional Activity
      

      It is a condition of Your use of the Natajak Service that You agree to Us sending up to three Promotion messages per week to Your mobile. In this regard We will use Your personal data to:

      1. Help Us identify what types of products and service that We can supply that may be of interest to You now or in the future, and to send promotion messages to Your mobile about such products or services;
      2. Help Us identify what types of products and service that carefully selected third party organisations can supply that may be of interest to You now or in the future and to send promotion messages to Your mobile about such products or services; and \ or
      3. Pass to carefully selected third party organisations for them to send You details of their products and services that may be of interest to You and which You have consented to receive.
   
   

   If You would prefer not to receive such promotional messages You can opt out at any time by emailing Your mobile number to stop@natajak.com. For security purposes We will send a confirmation request to Your mobile which You need simply reply to.

4. How Do We Protect Your Personal Data?
   

   Although We cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to Us, We will take all reasonable steps to protect Your personal data and to keep it confidential including:

   2. Physical placement of Our servers in a secure location which can only be accessed by authorised personnel.
   3. Encryption of all information You input before it is sent to Us.

5. What Are Cookies?
